Library of Science and Medicine

The Library of Science and Medicine, operated by Rutgers University, is conveniently located in a building next to the RWJMS Research Tower. The collections in both print and non-print formats span a broad range of fields in the sciences. An online catalogue is available on the Rutgers University Libraries home page. Specialized branch libraries for chemistry, physics, the mathematical sciences, and alcohol studies are also available a short walk across campus.

Information Services and Technology

Information Services & Technology (IST) offers an extensive range of resources that support education, research and healthcare. These enterprise-wide services provide technology solutions and standards to the UMDNJ community. In addition, the IST Service Center, computer labs, and training programs, help facilitate the effective use of these products and services.

Academic Systems and Technologies

Academic Systems and Technologies is the unit charged with administration and support of Web services, the portal, instructional technologies, computer labs and research services. AST has also integrated a new automated service for print production and digital media services called the online Digital Media Store.

BANNER Web for Student

BANNER Web for Student interfaces with the UMDNJ BANNER Student system to provide students with the ability to perform student functions through the Web. You can view and print your course schedule, web academic transcript, financial aid tracking requirements, awards, cost of attendance, and bills.

EndNote is a bibliographic software program, used by millions of researchers, faculty, and students to search Internet libraries, organize references and create instant bibliographies. EndNote enables you to collect and download your references from online catalogs and databases for inclusion in presentations and papers.
