Postdoctoral training is often the critical step in a scientific career, in which the trainee progresses from being a student towards becoming an independent scientist in academia, industry or government service. At UMDNJ, the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs focuses on the interests and concerns of Postdoctoral Trainees.
